'Innerwork' - Loose Herbal Smoke Blend

Neutral, earthy, grounding. Inner Work is the tin we reach for when something needs thinking through. The long walk, the hard conversation, the quiet hour before everyone else is up.

About the blend

Five organic herbs, hand-blended in small batches by our in-house certified herbalist:

• Mullein. The soft, neutral base of most Tea Tokes blends. Light and airy, almost flavorless, it is what makes the smoke smooth rather than harsh.
• Damiana. Warm and faintly sweet, with a fuller body. Long used in Mexican and Central American folk tradition.
• Skullcap. Green and grassy, a classic in Western herbalism.
• Lavender. A small amount, for a floral edge that keeps the earthiness from going flat.
• Lobelia. Sharp and herbaceous, traditionally used in smoking blends. Used sparingly.

Flavor: Neutral and earthy up front, with a faint floral finish. One of our least sweet blends.

How to roll it

Roll it in your own papers, pack it into one of our rose or blue lotus petal cones, or blend it with other Tea Tokes herbs to build your own mix.
